Save money: journeys are automatically deducted from your credit balance. You can access your transfer history and account balance from your customer area and automatically top up your account via secure online payment.

For all prepaid subscriptions, your account will be activated immediately upon payment by credit card. If you pay by bank transfer, activation will take an average of 24 hours.

These low prices do not mean low-cost motorcycle taxis. The drivers who transport you are the same professional drivers as for a standard booking, and all the technological tools (online booking platform, customer area, booking confirmation and invoices sent by email, text message, mobile apps) remain at your disposal. Drivers will not receive any discount on journeys made for customers who have opted for prepaid subscriptions; only the Urban Driver platform is making the effort to reduce its margin for these bookings.
