How do I open my Business account?
Your employees no longer need to worry about settling their travel expenses. Once we have opened an account in your company’s name, we will issue a summary invoice at the end of each month, broken down by entity/cost centre/employee, according to your requirements.
When opening an account, you specify whether there are no user restrictions or the names of employees authorised to use Urban Driver’s services, as well as the contact details of the persons authorised to place orders within your company.
Upon receipt of your account opening request, you will receive confirmation of your account opening and your login details for the Pro Customer Area by email within 24 hours. Your account will be active within 24 hours.
Payment terms: upon receipt of invoice by bank transfer or direct debit.
