How are private hire vehicle prices calculated?
The price is determined based on a combination of several parameters depending on the route booked, including the distance to be travelled, the estimated journey time, the day and time of the journey, the time before the booking request, the vehicle category, and the channel used to book your private hire driver.
What types of vehicles are offered?
Our drivers use saloon cars to ensure you have a pleasant journey. We favour high-end cars such as the Mercedes C-Class, Peugeot 508 and Skoda Superb, and Mercedes V-Class minibuses.
Book a chauffeur-driven car for airport pick-up
For all airport pick-ups, you are asked to provide your flight number. Flightstats, which is integrated into our system, will automatically adjust the schedule of your booking according to whether your flight is early or late.
Where can I find a private hire vehicle terminal?
Taxis and private hire vehicles are not subject to the same regulations.
Only Parisian taxis have access to taxi ranks and taxi stations in Paris. Taxi ranks are generally located near metro stations and allow you to find a taxi driver immediately without having to pay a call-out fee.
For private hire vehicles, regulations require advance booking.
