{"id":495,"date":"2019-03-18T18:28:40","date_gmt":"2019-03-18T17:28:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/?p=495"},"modified":"2019-03-20T21:57:31","modified_gmt":"2019-03-20T20:57:31","slug":"orly-1-2-3-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/orly-1-2-3-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Orly Ouest et Orly Sud deviennent Orly 1-2-3-4"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Le changement \u00e0 un nom : Bonjour Orly 1, 2, 3 et 4 !<\/h2>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un trafic de passagers toujours plus croissant dont les vols low costs sont d\u2019ailleurs les principaux instigateurs, l\u2019a\u00e9roport d\u2019Orly a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer ses 2 a\u00e9rogares actuelles par 4 terminaux. En effet, \u00e0 partir du 19 Mars 2019, <strong>Orly Ouest deviendra Orly 1 et 2<\/strong>. Orly Sud sera remplac\u00e9e par <strong>Orly 4<\/strong> et un nouveau b\u00e2timent de jonction entre l\u2019ensemble des terminaux, va faire son apparition et prendre le nom d\u2019<strong>Orly 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entre 2016 et 2017, l\u2019a\u00e9roport d\u2019Orly a en effet, vu son trafic augment\u00e9 de 2,6 %. Cette augmentation de 3 millions de passagers \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e a fait na\u00eetre un besoin d\u2019agrandissement des locaux, pour ne pas se retrouver face \u00e0 une situation de surpopulation qui paralyserait l\u2019a\u00e9roport. <strong>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Les infrastructures actuelles \u00e9taient sous-dimensionn\u00e9es. Aujourd&rsquo;hui le terminal unique va permettre d&rsquo;\u00eatre beaucoup plus flexible en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9volution du trafic dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>, selon M. Arkwright. Ce projet initi\u00e9 depuis 2014 aura n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 environ 380 millions d\u2019euros. Les travaux sont en construction et devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9s pour 2024. D\u2019ici l\u00e0, l\u2019a\u00e9roport se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 pouvoir accueillir 32,5 millions de personnes en 2020, au lieu de 29 millions actuellement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le fait de s\u00e9parer les zones de l\u2019a\u00e9roport en 4 plut\u00f4t que 2, va permettre de <strong>clarifier la\u00a0signal\u00e9tique des passagers<\/strong> qui pourront se rendre dans leurs gares d\u2019embarquement respectives en arrivant \u00e0 un terminal sp\u00e9cifique via un acc\u00e8s simplifi\u00e9 (parking 1, 2, 3, 4 ; ou arr\u00eats de transport en commun).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Les avantages permis par ce changement<\/h2>\n<p>Le changement d\u2019appellation des a\u00e9rogares d\u2019Orly va permettre plusieurs choses.<br \/>\nL\u2019arriv\u00e9e du nouveau b\u00e2timent baptis\u00e9 Orly 3 va permettre de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique croissante du flux de passagers \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport. En effet, Orly 3 devrait ouvrir le 16 Avril 2019 et permettre d\u2019accueillir pas moins de <strong>8 millions de passagers suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> par an gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 80 000 m2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En plus de pouvoir accueillir toujours plus de voyageurs, ce changement aura \u00e9galement pour but d\u2019<strong>am\u00e9liorer substantiellement la qualit\u00e9 des services<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 d\u2019autant plus de terminaux d\u2019embarcation, des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le et de tri des bagages am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, ainsi que des zones de parking\u00a0 et de d\u00e9pose minute am\u00e9nag\u00e9es sp\u00e9cialement pour\u00a0chaque terminaux Orly 1, 2, 3, 4. La visibilit\u00e9 pour les passagers ne s\u2019en trouvera qu\u2019am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et il ne sera plus possible pour eux de s\u2019\u00e9garer dans la vaste gare puisqu\u2019ils auront une destination bien pr\u00e9cise dans laquelle se rendre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux op\u00e9r\u00e9s ne porteront pas que sur la taille des surfaces et b\u00e2timents mais \u00e9galement sur la <strong>qualit\u00e9 des installations<\/strong>, qui se voudront nettement plus modernes pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux technologiques internationaux et accueillir les voyageurs de toutes destinations dans les meilleures conditions permises par les derniers standards.\u00a0Le groupe <strong>ADP promet \u00ab\u00a0<em>des installations plus modernes, \u00e0 la hauteur des meilleurs standards internationaux<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce changement est donc bien plus qu\u2019un changement de nom. Il va permettre un parcours nettement plus fluide pour les voyageurs et se r\u00e9v\u00e9lera \u00eatre pratique sur bien des aspects.\u00a0Le projet du renouveau d\u2019Orly n\u2019en est qu\u2019\u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts et compte bien offrir une restructuration compl\u00e8te d\u2019ici \u00e0 2024 ! En effet, il est pr\u00e9vu que des r\u00e9novations de tous les espaces communs en lien avec le trafic international d\u2019Orly 4 (ex Orly Sud) soient op\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Acc\u00e9der au nouveau terminal d&rsquo;Orly<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019OrlyVal desservira d\u00e9sormais 2 arr\u00eats permettant de rejoindre directement Orly 1, 2, 3 (premier arr\u00eat) et 4 (deuxi\u00e8me arr\u00eat). La ligne 14 du m\u00e9tro de Paris sera \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9e pour qu\u2019elle puisse desservir directement Orly 3. De cette mani\u00e8re, en arrivant directement au pied du b\u00e2timent de jonction entre les terminaux, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux diff\u00e9rentes autres gares sera grandement facilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En bref, une r\u00e9organisation compl\u00e8te des acc\u00e8s en transports en commun et routiers va s\u2019op\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En 2024, la <strong>gare multimodale \u00ab Paris-Orly a\u00e9roport \u00bb<\/strong> est pr\u00e9vue et devrait permettre de r\u00e9duire drastiquement le temps de trajet des voyageurs et venir \u00ab\u00a0concurrencer\u00a0\u00bb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/orly.php\">la rapidit\u00e9 des taxis motos<\/a>.
