La maire de Paris intensifie sa guerre pour lutter contre la pollution et la voiture \u00e0 Paris et se d\u00e9fend en annon\u00e7ant une r\u00e9duction de 30% de la circulation au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En retour, les grogne des parisiens et banlieusards utilisant leur v\u00e9hicule dans le cadre de leur d\u00e9placement professionnel dans la capitale ne fait que s\u2019intensifier\u00a0; vive controverse sur les bouchons et la guerre d\u00e9clar\u00e9e \u00e0 la voiture polluante (on peut aussi lire dans la presse que la Maire de Paris aurait subi des menace du lobby automobile). Retour sur les diff\u00e9rentes mesures prises et celles \u00e0 venir pour r\u00e9duire la place de la voiture particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Historique des mesures visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la pollution et circulation \u00e0 Paris<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2013<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Le 28 Janvier 2013 pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis, est la date de fermeture des quais rive gauche. Et oui, vous avez peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 oubli\u00e9, la voie express rive gauche en sens unique partant du mus\u00e9e d\u2019Orsay \u00e0 la tour Eiffel est ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 la circulation et remplac\u00e9 par un espace pi\u00e9ton de 2,3 km accueillant diverses manifestations et activit\u00e9s sportives et culturelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2014<\/strong> \u2013 Le 10 JANVIER 2014 r\u00e9duction de la vitesse de circulation sur le p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique parisien de 80\u00a0km\/h\u00a0\u00e0 70\u00a0km\/h. Souhait\u00e9 par la mairie de Paris, cette baisse de la vitesse maximale autoris\u00e9 a visiblement permis de limiter les embouteillages et d&rsquo;y fluidifier le trafic aux heures de pointe. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.am-today.com\/sites\/default\/files\/articles\/10421\/etude-v-traffic-idf-2016.pdf\">\u00e9tude V-traffic<\/a>, le temps pour effectuer un tour complet du p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique (35 km) \u00e9tait aux heures de pointe de 63 minutes avant la baisse de la limitation \u00e9tait et de \u00a055 minutes une fois la limitation \u00e0 70km\/h mise en place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong> \u2013 En Ao\u00fbt 2016 c\u2019est au tour des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/fermeture-voies-sur-berge-paris\/\">quais de Seine rive droite de fermer<\/a>. Contrairement aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, d\u00e8s la fin de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration\u00a0Paris-Plage, une partie des voies longeant la Seine rive droite est rest\u00e9e fermer \u00e0 la circulation. Longue de 3,3\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres, la partie concern\u00e9e s\u2019\u00e9tend du tunnel des Tuileries jusqu\u2019au tunnel Henri-IV.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017<\/strong> \u2013 Le 24 ao\u00fbt 2017, nouvelles restrictions de la circulation automobile, la voie Georges-Pompidou est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 la circulation plus en amont avec d\u00e9sormais une seule voie pour les voitures contre deux auparavant entre Boulogne-Billancourt et le pont de Bir-Hakeim pour laisser la place aux v\u00e9los avec l\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une piste cyclable \u00e0 double sens. Joie pour certains, cauchemars pour d\u2019autres, nous en sommes qu\u2019au d\u00e9but des am\u00e9nagements pr\u00e9vus par le plan V\u00e9lo ayant pour objectif de doubler la longueur des voies cyclables \u00e0 Paris passant de 700 km actuellement \u00e0 1 400 km d\u2019ici 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Prochainement de nouveaux am\u00e9nagements sur les quais hauts et sur la rue de Rivoli avec pour objectif de diviser par deux la place de la voiture individuelle polluante. Des travaux sont actuellement en cours rue de Rivoli prochainement r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une seule voie de circulation \u00a0avec \u00a0l\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une piste cyclable dans les deux sens de la rue entre la place de la Concorde et Bastille, livraison pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s l\u2019Automne 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lightbox\" href=\"http:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rue-de-rivoli.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-328 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rue-de-rivoli.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"545\" height=\"396\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rue-de-rivoli.jpg 545w, https:\/\/www.urban-driver.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rue-de-rivoli-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 545px) 100vw, 545px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2018<\/strong> Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Piste cyclable sur la plus belle avenue du monde, les Champs-Elys\u00e9es.
